Making Music at the MakerSpace event

Making Music at the MakerSpace event

Come out Friday, August 3, to the free Making Music at the MakerSpace event.  Local musician Phil Shapiro (guitar and vocals) and his
friend Carolyn (standing bass) will be playing some popular folk songs from the 1960’s and ’70’s at the Greenbelt Makerspace, opposite
New Deal Cafe.  Meet them here in these videos.

Time – 8:30 pm to 10 pm
This event is open to all in the community. Those who wish to are welcome to make a donation to the makerspace.

Note – this is more of a music singalong event than a musical performance. If you prefer to just tap your toes, that’s fine, too.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your tambourine or other percussion instrument, too.
