The latest project we have backed is the C.H.I.P., a tiny computer with a lot of resources packed into it. They claim it to have a “$9” price tag, but time will tell if they are able to hit that target or not. All I know is that my first four units have arrived and I’m going to plug one in and see how it performs. It certainly is small, smaller than a credit card, shown here with the Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone Black, and the Arduino Uno.
