The adults took over the MakerSpace this afternoon, to make dolls and learn the basics of watercolor painting. Our painting instructor, Mary Ann, was very patient with everyone, giving great advice on how to correct mistakes (“blend it in” or “let it stand out”) until folks were comfortable with just working with the materials, letting their creative eye be less judgmental.
While perhaps no masterpiece was created, everyone had a good time and we hope to see everyone back next week.
