Support the Maker Faire

We’re just 10 days from the Maker Faire at Roosevelt Center and the excitement and stress are building! Can you help us make this event even better than last year? We can use your help in the following ways…

  • Participate as a Maker! We’re running behind last year’s signup rate so we have room for you to share your interests and projects. We’re looking for kids, adults, groups and businesses. Please pass this invitation on to your creative maker friends, relatives, and coworkers. Thanks. P.S. Kids can signup to participate for an hour or two in our Youth Booth.
  • Volunteer to help for an hour or two on the day of the event, or join our advisory board to help us prepare for next year! Also good for school required community service hours.
  • Do you have a folding table or canopy tent (no rain, no rain, no rain!) that you can loan us? Let us know via our contact form.
  • Donate or sponsor our great event and activities. We’ll have a guest and exhibitor relaxation area with coffee and snacks. We’ll have door prizes for the public. We’ll have activities for kids. We’ll have hosted entertainment on the stage between Maker demonstrations. And the event itself… All this is free, to the community. To us it requires cash and donated supplies. The MakerSpace is a non-profit organization that depends on community support, especially to bring events like the Maker Faire to town.
